**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare painting surfaces by washing walls, repairing holes, sanding or removing old paint, taping, laying down floor protection
- Use of step ladders and extension ladders
- Ensure all painting equipment is cleaned and maintained properly and accounted for
- Effective communication with clients to understand their preferences and relay project progress to manager
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of job sites
- Pick up paint and supplies from paint store
- Work independently and part of a high-performing team
- Fill out daily progress reports
- Participate in weekly check-ins with Aaron
- Engage in on-site marketing activities

- Proven experience in residential painting
- Knowledge of various painting techniques including caulking and drywall repair
- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Reliable access to a vehicle to commute to various job sites in Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley
- Pride in delivering high-quality work and customer service
- Physically capable of handling painting equipment and materials
- Able to work independently and efficiently manage your workflow
- Values positive relationships with clients and colleagues

**Pay and Bonuses**:

- Hourly wage ranging from $24-$31/hr, depending on experience.
- Commuting allowance for Fraser Valley projects
- Extended health benefits after 3 months
- Under budget bonus (10-25%)
- Positive reviews bonus

Pay: $24.00-$31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
