**JOB TITLE**:
AM Sanitation Worker

**DEPARTMENT**:
Processing

**REPORTS TO**:
Production Manager

**OVERVIEW**:
Made-Rite Meat Products Inc was founded in 1995. The company's line of business includes the manufacturing of Jerky and Co-packers of Pepperoni snacks. We believe in providing our customers with products of the highest quality made by a selection of trusted brands including Grimm’s Fine Foods, McSweeney’s Premium Jerky and Meat Snacks.

**OBJECTIVE/PURPOSE**:
Made-Rite is currently looking for an AM Sanitation Worker

**Day shift: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm**

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Clean and sanitize tools and equipment used in food production
- Maintain and upkeep sanitation equipment
- Mix and dispense cleaning chemicals, detergents, and sanitizers
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, and all Health and Safety Rules and Regulations
- Assist on other duties as required.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Ability to stand, bend, and reach throughout the day
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
- Must have reliable transportation as we are not on a bus route
- Knowledge of GMP’s and HACCP principles is preferred
- Experience in the food or meat processing industries considered an asset
