**Pourquoi ce role est-il important?**

Relevant directement du vice-président, Exploitation, le titulaire du poste assure un suivi et l’atteinte des ventes unitaires, des ventes en dollars et des marges de profit prévues en plus d’optimiser le rendement des éléments des pharmacies en identifiant les lacunes en matière de performance, et en fournissant des conseils, des renseignements et des instructions pour améliorer les résultats. Le titulaire du poste favorise les résultats positifs afin de maximiser la croissance et le rendement des activités pharmaceutiques.

De plus, il fournit des conseils et collabore avec les pharmaciens propriétaires et les employés de la pharmacie sur les problèmes opérationnels afin de résoudre les problèmes au niveau du magasin pour la pharmacie lorsque nécessaire. Cela peut comprendre de changer ou de modifier les processus ou les procédures au besoin. Le titulaire est la ressource de l’entreprise pour les pharmaciens et pharmaciens propriétaires et l’expert au niveau du magasin pour ce qui concerne les activités de l’officine du magasin.

**Votre rôle**
- Assurer la liaison en étroite collaboration avec les pharmaciens propriétaires, les équipes de l’officine et le gérant de district pour assurer la cohérence des normes d’exploitation, des services pharmaceutiques et de l’exécution des programmes des pharmacies, en plus d’atteindre les objectifs et de favoriser un environnement propice à l’amélioration continue.
- Responsable du succès de l’exploitation des pharmacies et la rentabilité de la pharmacie de tous les magasins dans la région assignée.
- Analyser les ventes unitaires, les ventes en dollars et les marges de profit ainsi que les dépenses pour faire le suivi du succès financier de chaque emplacement, mettre en évidence les secteurs de croissance potentiels et assurer que les pharmaciens propriétaires sont sur la bonne voie pour atteindre les objectifs du plan harmonisé.
- Surveiller les systèmes d’affaires des pharmacies de chaque emplacement afin de mettre en évidence et de recommander des possibilités d’amélioration.
- Comprendre le potentiel de croissance et les réussites financières de chaque pharmacie au sein d’un marché donné, cibler les leviers nécessitant l’activation afin de réaliser ce potentiel, et développer, en partenariat avec le pharmacien propriétaire, une la stratégie propre au magasin pour assurer que chaque magasin est rentable par rapport à ses capacités.
- Assurer la liaison avec les magasins et les intervenants du siège social quant à la pratique de la pharmacie et des soins aux patients, notamment sur les inspections des ordres professionnels, les pertes de narcotiques présumées, les erreurs de médication et les problèmes de l’officine en matière de TI, afin de résoudre les problèmes rapidement et efficacement.
- Élaborer et communiquer des plans d’action pour mettre en œuvre efficacement les initiatives de l’entreprise en matière de services pharmaceutiques.
- Préparer et présenter de l’information lors des réunions régionales et de district, au besoin, pour informer le rendement de la pharmacie en selon des données mesurables pertinentes.
- Maintenir une connaissance des directives d’exploitation des services pharmaceutiques et surveiller les changements apportés à la législation en vigueur ayant une incidence sur les affaires pharmaceutiques, afin que tous les magasins de détail soient conformes aux mandats de réglementation.
- Comprendre la stratégie en matière de services pharmaceutiques de l’entreprise en collaboration avec le directeur des services pharmaceutiques, et travailler avec le vice-président de l’exploitation pour déterminer les occasions afin de maximiser la réussite de chaque programme de pharmacie de l’entreprise.
- Fournir une transition en douceur réussie des pharmaciens propriétaires et des mutations /acquisitions entre magasins, assurer que les bonnes normes d’exploitation soient mises en œuvre et que les procédures opérationnelles soient suivies dans l’officine.
