- Knowledge of CCTV surveillance systems and loss prevention techniques
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations regarding alcohol service and crowd control
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Physical fitness and the ability to handle physical altercations if necessary
- Excellent problem-solving skills
