**Scope**:
The Restorative Justice Worker is under the direct supervision of the Justice Program Manager and overall supervision of the Executive Director. The Restorative Justice Worker is to coordinate and facilitate Diversion circles, Youth Support Groups, Women’s Support Groups and Men’s Support Groups for clients who identify as indigenous.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to clients who; identify as Indigenous, request support via Case Managers, referred to by self, third party or Case Managers, and take responsibility to heal.
- To coordinate and co-facilitate Diversion Circles with the Case Managers as needed.
- To advertise, coordinate, and facilitate a Youth Support Group and Women’s Support Group quarterly or as required.
- To coordinate and co-facilitate Men’s Support Group with Kizhaay Annisinaabe Niin Worker.
- Recruit and train volunteers and elders, and to arrange payment to elders after each circle.
- Network with community and other programs to keep current with the Indigenous peoples needs and tools to support them.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma is Justice services or equivalent in experience.
- Experience in facilitation.
- Knowledge of Indigenous Culture.
- Have or willing to obtain CPR/First Aid, NVCI and other trainings as required.
- Must be willing to obtain a clear Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Be a role model within the community.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $44,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
