The location in Montreal, (Quebec, Canada), is seeking talent to fill the position of **Analyst, Rebates**. This job is full-time permanent.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Sales Accounting, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides various types of vital expertise to the Company and for which independence, ongoing improvement and development of optimal solutions are very important.

**Your main responsibilities will be the following**:

- Create commercial agreements in the system;
- Prepare payments to customers;
- Closely monitor payment provisions (by customer and by agreement);
- Balance payments with provisions (reconciliation) and revise provisions accordingly in a timely fashion;
- Analyze agreements and act as a resource person for their development;
- Communicate with internal and external auditors to ensure all documentation required under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act is provided in a timely fashion.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor of business administration with a finance or accounting major;
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience with a large business;
- CPA designation would be an asset

**Your skills and assets**:

- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both official languages (English is mandatory as this role requires working with US partners on a regular basis);
- Keen sense of planning, organization and detail;
- Ability to manage several files at once, to work under pressure and to meet deadlines while delivering quality results;
- Ability to work as a team member, to communicate with the other teams and to adapt rapidly to change;
- Knowledge of software (in particular Excel) and a keen interest in working with various computer systems (mainly SAP);
- Excellent analytical skills.
