**Job Summary**:
As a Seasonal Aquatics Coordinator & Swim Instructor, you'll be part of a dynamic team responsible for overseeing our outdoor pool operations during the peak summer season. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality swim lessons and assist with managing daily pool activities to ensure a fun and safe environment for all.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Swim Instruction**: Lead engaging swim lessons for individuals and groups, focusing on water safety skills and stroke development. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help participants build confidence and proficiency in the water.
- **Scheduling and Staff Support**: Assist with scheduling swim lessons and lifeguard shifts to maintain adequate coverage throughout the summer. Support lifeguard staff by providing guidance and assistance as needed to ensure smooth operations on the pool deck.
- **Safety Monitoring**: Maintain a watchful eye on pool activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols and respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents. Conduct regular safety checks of the pool area and equipment to uphold a secure environment for swimmers.
- **Customer Service**: Interact with pool patrons in a friendly and professional manner, addressing inquiries, providing assistance, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Your welcoming demeanor will contribute to a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Assist with administrative duties such as record-keeping, attendance tracking, and program evaluation to support the efficient operation of the aquatics program. Help maintain accurate documentation of swim lesson progress and participant feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Lifeguard certification
- Swim instructor certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous experience in lifeguarding, swim instruction, or management preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Availability to work for the duration of the summer season (approximately 10 weeks)
