Position Overview:

You’ll serve a vibrant, multicultural patient population, with opportunities to perform hearing tests, audiograms, and (for audiologists) advanced inner ear or vestibular testing (e.g., VNG/ENG). Our clinic balances a patient-centered focus with a robust sales model, incentivizing excellence in care and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

- For audiologists: Perform advanced testing (e.g., vestibular assessments) as needed.
- Collaborate with ENT specialists and clinic staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Educate and counsel patients from diverse cultural backgrounds on hearing health solutions.
- Drive hearing aid sales with a patient-first approach, supported by our established patient volume.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Compensation:
- Audiologist: $75,000 base salary.
- Hearing Instrument Specialist: $55,000 base salary.
- 5-10% commission on hearing aid sales (per-unit commissions, e.g., $100-$300 per sale).
- Language Premium: Additional 5-10% salary boost (up to $5,000 annually) or a signing bonus for fluency in Hindi, Punjabi, or Urdu, reflecting our diverse patient population.
- Annual Bonuses: Tied to sales targets and patient satisfaction to balance sales drive with care quality.
- Supportive Environment: Work independently with the backing of a collaborative team and an adjacent ENT clinic.
- Growth Opportunities: Expand your skills in a diverse practice with high patient volumes and cutting-edge equipment.
- Established & Expanding: Join a clinic with a strong reputation and a growing footprint in Brampton’s healthcare community.
Qualifications:
- Audiologist: Master’s degree in Audiology from an accredited program (e.g., Western University, UBC, Dalhousie, etc.), eligible for CASLPO registration. Experience with vestibular testing (VNG/ENG) is a plus.
- Hearing Instrument Specialist: Diploma in Hearing Instrument Practice (e.g., George Brown, Conestoga, Humber), with proficiency in audiograms and hearing aid fittings.
- Strong communication skills; fluency or understanding of Hindi, Punjabi, or Urdu is highly desirable.
- Passion for patient care and a collaborative spirit.
