**EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY**
**PAYROLL CLERK**
**Job Summary**
The incumbent will be working with Z’Gamok Enterprise Inc. under the supervision of the Controller. The Payroll Clerk is responsible for completing regular payroll for the group of companies.
**Duties and responsibilities**
- Ability to speak effectively with employees and coworkers to resolve issues
- Verifying employee timesheets
- Input timesheets into the payroll system
- Create payroll EFT payments
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- Tracking vacation and sick leave
- Other duties as required
**Qualifications and Skills**
- College Diploma in Accounting and/or Office Administration
- 2 years of prior experience or knowledge of the payroll module within Sage 300
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Attention to detail
**Other Requirements**
- Willingness to complete all required training as required
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and in a team environment

- Sagamok, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Payroll: 1 year (preferred)
