Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Gradall Operator to join our team. As an Operator, you will be responsible for operating the Gradall. This is a full-time Seasonal position with a Union company

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain the Gradall according to specifications and ensure proper functioning
- Monitor Gradall operations to ensure quality production
- Perform general routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal condition
- Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet standards
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

- Previous experience operating a Gradall
- Strong machine knowledge and aptitude
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
