Generations Cleaning is a growing company that services a wide range of commercial customers such as; Large Retail Stores, Condominiums, Co-Op's, Apartment Buildings, Offices, Medical Facilities, Industrial, Manufacturing.

We are looking for a Part-Time Building Superintendent/Cleaner for a condominium in Burlington. Our team is looking for an individual who has a positive attitude, a friendly demeanor and who is hard-working.

**_ Part Time Superintendent - 20 hours per week_**
- ** Monday 6am-10am**:

- ** Tuesday 7am-11am**:

- ** Wednesday 7am-11am**:

- ** Thursday 7am-11am**

**Responsibilities**:

- Suite inspections/inspecting hallways
- Cleaning hallways, vacuuming as needed
- Lobby cleaning, sweeping and mopping
- Picking up any litter, interior and exterior.
- Garbage room maintenance/garbage and recycle removal
- Tenant requests (dishwasher, faucet and plumbing requests).

**_ Looking for someone with 2-3 years of superintendent and cleaning experience._**

**Rate**:

- $18.00 per hour
