**Pay rate**:$25.95/hour**

An exciting opportunity exists for the right individual to join our progressive non-profit organization as a casual care aid. The position entails working alongside the LPN’s providing care to adults at our Assisted Living and Long-term Care locations in Burnaby and Surrey.

**Job Duties Include but not limited to**:

- Knowledge and experience working with developmental, physical disabilities, mental health and behaviours
- Ability to create a meaningful routine
- Knowledgeable of creating independence vs. creating dependence
- Following health care plans*
- Completing daily documentation
- Implementing personal protocols, schedules, and activities
- Knowledge and experience with community integration and teaching life skills

**Job Qualifications Include**:
