We are looking for a Supervisor to join our Hotel team in Inuvik, NT. Reporting to the Operations Manager, Hotel, you will be a front-line representative that strives to provide exceptional customer service for guests while also acting as a support for the front desk and housekeeping teams. This individual often will work weekends and evenings when management is offsite, stepping forward as needed to facilitate the smooth operation of the hotel front desk.

**Responsibilities**:

- Regular Guest Service Agent duties (customer service/hotel front desk/check-in/out procedures)
- Overall responsibility for bookkeeping duties including accounts receivables, balancing accounts and night audit balancing and procedures
- Key communication contact and resolution of guest issues
- Assume responsibility for hotel activities on weekends in the absence of managers
- Provide training to new employees
- Key facilitator of ongoing training
