**What you’ll be doing**:

- Providing companionship and family respite services
- Client transportation within the community - to the mall, movies, library, etc.
- Plan client activities, engaging with their hobbies, likes, dislikes
- Provide assistance with personal care as needed
- Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
- Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.

**What we’re looking for**:

- **Valid G license and access to own car**:

- Must have previous experience as a home & community care provider
- Current First Aid/CPR Certification
- PSW Certificate
