We are looking for Cleaners to take care of our client’s facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep the buildings (residential condos and offices) in a clean and orderly condition. The work location will be in the Great Tornoto Area or Waterloo, ON

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain all facilities clean and well-organized based on our safety and health regulations
- Clean in and around the condominium or office building for lobby and common areas, includes dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and cleaning smudges off windows and doors.
- Ensure washrooms are cleaned, sanitized, and restocked, this includes Mopping, Sanitizing, Wiping, Washing, Scrubbing
- Vacuum carpet and spot clean
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Monitor materials stored in their area and respond to visitors' inquiries
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Makenecessary adjustments and conduct minor repairs
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Assist Building Superintendent when needed

**Qualifications**:

- Proven previous working experience as a Cleaner in a condominium
- Able to operate janitorial equipment
- Able to perform light lifting and work outside as required
- Have an awareness of how to clean responsibly and use hazardous cleaning chemicals safely to maintain the health while ensuring the end user's wellbeing
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- English communication skills
- Hotel industry experience is preferred
- Trustworthiness and attention to detail
- High school degree
- Applications residing in Toronto, Waterloo, ON or GTA will be considered

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal

**Salary**: $16.00-$23.00 per hour
