Job Title: Experienced Cook

**Job Description**:
The Royal Oak Beechwood, a busy and well-established restaurant and pub in Ottawa, is seeking experienced cooks to join our dynamic team. As a cook, you will play a vital role in preparing and delivering high-quality, British-inspired cuisine to our valued customers. If you have a passion for cooking, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
- Ensure food is cooked to perfection and presented attractively
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following all sanitation guidelines
- Contribute to menu development and innovation under the guidance of our culinary team
- Adhere to food safety regulations and best practices

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented setting
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional dishes
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
