**Position Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist senior editors in editing commercial, narrative, music video, and short film projects from raw footage to final delivery.
- Organize and manage media assets, including footage, audio files, and graphics, to ensure efficient workflow throughout the editing process.
- Execute creative editing decisions to enhance storytelling, pacing, and visual impact while adhering to project objectives and client specifications.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative editing concepts and visual styles that align with project goals and target audiences.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions from clients, directors, and producers to refine and finalize edits in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, editing techniques, and software advancements to continually improve skills and contribute fresh ideas to projects.
- Assist with other post-production tasks, such as color correction, audio mixing, and exporting deliverables, as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and proficiency in editing techniques and workflows.
- Strong understanding of narrative storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within project parameters.
- Portfolio or reel demonstrating editing skills and previous work on commercial, narrative, music video, or short film projects.
