**W3M Land Management Inc. **is currently seeking a full-time **Intermediate Environmental Specialist. **The position will be within the working areas of west-central and southwest Saskatchewan and southeast Alberta.

**W3M Land Management Inc.** has specialized in providing environmental services to the oil and gas industry since 2000.

W3M Land Management Inc. provides value added, risk based environmental consulting services to a rapidly expanding sector of the environmental industry throughout Western Canada in a safe and cost-effective manner.

W3M provides services to the oil and gas industry that are focused on environmental assessment, land reclamation and soil remediation. Services include: Asset Retirement project management, surface reclamation, environmental assessment and permitting, pre-site reclamation assessments, pre-site construction assessments, contamination investigations and contamination remediation.

**Job Description and Key Responsibilities**
- Working knowledge of the Saskatchewan Acknowledgement of Reclamation Requirements.
- Carry out Phase I ESA as per Saskatchewan Criteria.
- Familiarity and the capacity to assist with Phase II ESA.
- Plan and supervise surface reclamation and Phase III projects on oil and gas sites.
- Familiar with reclamation techniques in various land uses.
- Working knowledge of Saskatchewan Detailed Site Assessment requirements.
- Ground Disturbance supervision and organization.
- Supervision of heavy equipment contractors and organizers.
- Complete reporting to clients and government agencies.
- Collaboration with key groups such as landowners/stakeholders, regulatory, legal, and safety programs to execute project plans and schedules.
- Implementation and integration of safe work practices and health and safety programs.

**Qualifications**
- Professional designation or eligibility as P.Biol., P.Ag., or A.Sc.T. or other equivalent designation.
- Knowledge of environmental law and regulations pertaining to the oil and gas industry in Saskatchewan is required.
- Knowledge of the agriculture industry.
