The Field Services and Warehouse Fulfilment Manager is a key position within Somerville that is responsible for providing direction and supervision to warehouse, administrative staff and installation team members to carry out their daily activities to meet client demands in a timely manner while performing tasks safely and effectively.
- Supervises a team of department administrative staff, material handlers, warehouse and recycling team to ensure work is performed as per company and client standards and specifications.
- Responsible to ensure all data entry tasks are streamlined and prioritized to eliminate errors and deficiencies.
- Ensures the installation team performs installation activities to specifications. Investigates concerns reported by client or install team. Determines and coordinates corrective action if needed.
- Oversees the scheduling of the installation team and rollout of programs.
- Responsible for the department fleet management, transportation and logistics required to complete customer scope.
- Manages offsite storage requirements as needed when.
- Initiates Request for Quotes (RFQ’s) to 3rdparty vendors for quoting to fulfill installs, and projects.
- Promotes a healthy and safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations and by identifying and rectifying safety concerns.
- Monitors projects and ensures completion of all tasks accordingly to timelines.
- Oversee Logistics staff ensuring accurate maintenance of records of all shipments inbound and outbound
- Oversees inventory and cycle counts of client product. Develops and monitors inventory control functions, trouble shoot Inventory discrepancies, promote best practices to ensure accuracy and frequency of inventory counts.
- Establishes and monitors various departmental KPI's and determines areas requiring improvement.
- Develops, and promotes continuous improvement initiatives throughout department.
- Responsible to create and maintain reports and ensure regular distribution lists are in receipt of meaningful performance data. Scale teams to meet current and true requirement through effective hiring and training activities.
- Other duties as required
- Ensures Material Handling requirements are consistently met, ensure safe and effective operations of all material handling equipment.
- Coordinating warehouse/facility and security
- Ensure shipping requirements are met for Internal, external and customer requirements.
- Assessing warehouse procedures and making recommendations for improvement and initiating changes.
- Purchasing any equipment, tools, or materials that may be required
- Other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Post-Secondary education with a minimum of 3-5 years of Supervisory experience in a related field.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop team members
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and strong work ethic
- Must be goal oriented and driven to achieve
- Excellent organizational, time management and multi-task skills.
- Ability to strategically plan and drive change based on planned and changed environments.
