**Pay: $90,000 annually**

**Location: Hamilton, ON**

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and control performance by evaluating forepersons and labourers on quality and quantity of productive work.
- Manage sub-contractors and Oakridge employees at job sites assigned.
- Closely work with clients to provide updates, timelines, and to identify any deficiencies.
- Update Project Manager if timelines and schedules are not going to be met and suggest realistic timeline.
- Ensure hours are accurate in Field Time, and approve hours on a daily basis.
- Schedule and monitor the delivery of all materials relating to the job being managed.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- 5+ years of successful Construction Management experience.
- College Diploma or Degree preferred with concentration in Construction Management.
- Valid Driver’s License with clean Driver’s Abstract.
- Experience in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control and job safety work habits.
- Experience in managing multiple projects and construction workers.
- Ability to read and understand blue prints and elevations.
- Strong knowledge of various building materials used in the industry and plant material.
