Duties and Responsibilities:

- Ensuring exceptional customer service is provided in a courteous manner to maintain our reputation for friendly, effective, and personalized experience.
- To produce quality bakery products following standard mixing, make-up, fabricating and finishing procedures according to production lists;
- To assist in the ordering of supplies for the department;
- To assist in the training of new part-time staff;
- To ensure the sanitation and safety of the department meets with company standards;
- To maintain quality standards as required in Fortinos In-store Bakery;
- To perform other duties, as assigned.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience, as a qualified Baker, preferably in a retail environment;
- Must be flexible to work a variety of hours which include, days, evening and night shifts, including week-ends;
- We are looking for a responsible and dependable individual;
- Ability to work independently, achieving work objectives;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
