Commercial Tire Technician

**Tire 89 Commercial Tire Technicians are active participants in both the sales and service process.** Responsibilities include but are not limited to; completing assigned services, completing regular unit inspections, fleet inspections or yard checks, completing work orders properly, actively promoting the business and acting as brand ambassadors. **Workplaces may vary everyday, including private yards, dealerships, farms, or road side.**

**COMPENSATION**:
**Hourly wages will be negotiated based on experience.**
**Tire 89 also offers an industry leading profit sharing program for all of its employees in addition to hourly compensation**

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Commercial Tire License
- Valid Ontario Wheel Installer Certificate
- Team-Oriented, Honest, Safety Focused
- Focused on maintaining industry leading Customer Service and Sales.
- Valid G Driver's License; Driver's abstract to be provided

**Responsibilities**:

- Work Safely and Efficiently
- Safety Circle Checks
- Actively participle in the Sales Process
- Inspecting and Assessing Tire Tread Levels, Wear Patterns, Valve Quality, Overall Health of Tires.
- Ability to Repair and Replace Tires
- Installing New Tires
- Tire Rotations
- Completing Service Calls as needed, as required
- MUST BE WILLING TO WORK DAYS, WEEKENDS & OVERNIGHTS will be Discussed & Planned to ENSURE WORK LIFE BALANCE

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40-70 per week

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
