Join our CCCG Preschool team

We are looking for an experienced child care educator to join our growing preschool. CCCG Preschool is a faith-based, Reggio Emilia inspired program that strives to provide quality child care and promote learning, exploration, and growth through play-based learning activities. We are an inclusive preschool that celebrates the unique abilities of each child.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coverage for staff on leave
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members
- Monitor and assess the development of each child
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment
- Follow all licensing regulations and maintain a clean and organized classroom

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with parents, staff, and children
- Strong organizational skills to plan and implement daily activities
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to effectively communicate with non-English speaking families
- Special education experience is a plus

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate children in their learning journey
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members
- Proficiency in computer operation for administrative tasks and educational resources
- Passion for educating young children and creating a positive learning environment
- Knowledge of early childhood education theories, practices, and curriculum

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
