**OPERATIONS MANAGER at Front Desk**

BRiX is a new one-of-a-kind rental apartment building in downtown Montreal with a unique club-like community focus, a great team and working environment.

With nearly 300 apartments and a very strong focus on customer satisfaction, the Front Desk position takes an important part in the operations of the building.

As part of a great team you must have a positive, energetic, can-do attitude. You will be expected to be a problem solver, with a “big picture” perspective.

In this position you will be managing a team of front desk agents and you will be responsible, among others, for resident-relations, controlling the audio-video systems, the security and access control, resident communication, team coordination and supplier management. Other activities include training and onboarding of staff and tenants.

BRiX est un nouvel immeuble d'appartements locatifs unique en son genre, situé au centre-ville de Montréal, qui offre un environnement de travail et une équipe formidables, à l'image d'un club.

Avec près de 300 appartements et une attention particulière portée à la satisfaction de la clientèle, le poste de réceptionnaire joue un rôle important dans les opérations de l'immeuble.

En tant que membre d'une équipe formidable, vous devez avoir une attitude positive, énergique et dynamique. On attend de vous que vous résolviez les problèmes et que vous ayez une vue d'ensemble.

À ce poste, vous gérerez une équipe d'agents de réception et serez responsable, entre autres, des relations avec les résidents, du contrôle des systèmes audio-vidéo, de la sécurité et du contrôle d'accès, de la communication avec les résidents, de la coordination de l'équipe et de la gestion des fournisseurs. Les autres activités comprennent la formation et l'intégration du personnel et des locataires.
