**Overview**
We are seeking a experienced journal plumber with Multi Family construction experience.

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers on-site to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Collaborate with project managers to communicate project updates and address any issues that arise.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in construction techniques and safety protocols.

**Skills**:

- Excellent blueprint reading abilities for effective interpretation of schematics.
- Experience in supervising teams with a focus on quality control measures.
- Knowledge of construction estimating practices to aid in project planning.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to motivate teams while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Pay: $42.00-$46.25 per hour
