**Artisan Metal Finishing** is now hiring a Quality Inspector for the Afternoon Shift

**Available Shifts**:
Afternoon Shift - Monday-Thurs 4:00pm - 2:30am

**Wage**: $17.50 an hour ($18 pending a 90day review)

**What we are looking for**:

- Ability to work in a team setting, and work independently with mínimal supervision
- Must be able to understand, speak and write in English
- The ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, which may include bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, standing, walking, repetitive motion and other job specific requirements
- Attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Ability to read and understand instructions and a willingness to cross train on several operations
- Ability to perform tasks requiring repetitive motions and stand for long periods at a time
- Great attendance is a critical requirement.
- Someone looking to take complete ownership for their position and job duties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inspection of processed material.
- Ensure all steps were complete throughout the processing of customer Product
- Ensure customer product adheres to customer requirements and industry standards
- Keep a clean and safe work station
- Lead the certification area and help other employees by delivering training and additional instruction.
- Communicate with the shift Supervisor or Quality Assurance Manager regarding customer product
- Offer suggestions for continual improvement
- Ensure proper documentation is completed for specific job duties
- Understand and develop a daily routine to complete tasks in a timely manner
