Framing Carpenter

At GSM Contracting Inc. we build custom homes and additions, renovate full homes, build detached garages, and more Established in 2010, we strive to work meticulously and with integrity in order to provide high-quality results in all of our projects.

We are looking for an experienced framer to lead our new framing crew

Your responsibilities include:

- cutting lumber to specifications
- conducting wall layouts and erecting walls
- installing floor and roof systems
- reading blueprints
- safely operating hand tools, saws, and other construction equipment

You bring at least 2 years of experience in the following areas:

- Framing

You are:

- Punctual
- Reliable

You have:

- Communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Mathematics skills
- A high attention to detail

Additional Requirements:

- Minimum G class license with own vehicle
- Able to do heavy lifting
- Able to work Monday to Friday
- Supply standard tools (impact driver, drill, circular saw, reciprocating saw, hand tools)
- Working at Heights certificate
- Speak fluent English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
