**Responsibilities**
- Reports to the Program Manager-Inspections
- Conducts field inspections, analysis and observations of telecom construction work in a specific geographical area with respect to various customer inspection contracts - 95% onsite time
- Receive daily work instructions, task assignments, follow up and support from the Project Coordinator.
- Preliminary visits to work site prior to construction to confirm the scope of work and identify any job constraints or hazards
- Inspection during the construction phase
- Final restoration inspection ( Including spring clean-up when required)
- Ensure projects are completed on time, control extra charges and monitor customer quality expectations
- perform job tracking to ensure accuracy of billing
- resolve variances and customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Document daily production/progress
- Ensure the contractor has all the necessary permits, permissions, and consents prior to commencement of work
- complete redline mark-ups of corrections/changes directly on the work plans
- coordinate work activities with Program Manager, Program Administrator, Junior Inspectors, Project Engineers, Municipal representatives, construction foreman and crews
- ongoing development of Planview's methodologies to further develop operational efficiencies
- Adhere to strict project budgets and client deliverable dates

**The Location**

Planview Utility Services has 3 offices - Markham, London and Ottawa. Our clients and their projects are based thought the province. There are multiple positions available all over Ontario.
