**Qualifications**
- Licensed lawyer and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a lawyer, with a focus on civil litigation
- High proficiency in legal research and drafting documents
- Strong understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Manage case files and deadlines efficiently and without supervision
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**This position is offered on a fee split basis, providing an opportunity for you to directly benefit from the work you bring in and manage. The fee split percentage will be discussed during the interview process.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: $62,010.45-$178,781.42 per year
