**Your Role and Responsibilities**
IBM's state-of-the-art Client Innovation Centre (CIC) opened in Nova Scotia in March 2013 and is the first of its kind in Canada. The Centre weaves together IBM’s business insights and industry-leading software portfolio and is ideally suited for any client that needs flexible access to emerging or niche skills that may not be cost effective to grow internally. In this role, you'll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. These centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Overall 5+ years industry experience with minimum of 2 years experience in Azure
- Experience in Azure DevOps, ARM, and automation of build, deploy and manage activities
- Experience in VM admin activities (both Windows and Linux based)
- Experience in access and certificate management, and well understanding of cyber security and data protection
- Experience in Azure services including ADLS, ADB, AKV
- Experience in incident, problem, change management processes and tools
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Any relevant certification in Azure
- Understanding of SRE concepts and experience working as an SRE
- Hands on experience with any infrastructure and system monitoring tools
- Any domain specific experience will be added advantage
- Good stakeholder relationship management and communication skills
- Good learner and willing to adapt to new technologies as required
