Under the responsibility of the Supply Manager, the inventory clerk will be responsible for the daily management of the store. He will be responsible for placing the materials and equipment in the store, ensuring the balanced maintenance of the inventory and communicating this to the individuals concerned.
- Participate in maintaining and ensuring inventory accuracy;
- Follow up on equipment repairs;
- Process work orders for repair management;
- Carry out the archiving of work orders by equipment;
- Receive the merchandise, code it and direct it to the right places;
- Keep documents and database up to date;
- Participate in data entry of work orders, requisition and receipt of materials;
- Maintain order and cleanliness at all times.

**Qualifications**
- Have a secondary V diploma or equivalent;
- Know Microsoft Office Word and Excel software;
- Attention to detail (numerical data, code, item name);
- Good analysis of priorities and autonomy (resourcefulness);
- Have ease in communicating;
- Responsible and structured.
