**The Opportunity**:
Barminco Mining Services Canada Ltd. has an exciting opportunity for a Site Administrator to join our team at the Hemlo Operations.

This posting is open to residents of the Marathon/Manitouwadge region.
- Rotation is 7-shifts on / 7-shifts off
- 12 hour shifts

More specifically, our Site Administrators will:

- Comply with all HS&E policies, procedures, and instructions
- Take reasonable care for their own safety and that of others
- Accurately enter production data and worked-hours into the MINREP database
- Accurately enter worked hours in pay data sheet for the payroll department
- Coordinate travel for FIFO/DIDO employees, including booking new employees who qualify into camp
- Liaise with client security team to ensure site access of visitors and new hires
- Coordinate pre-employment medicals and drug/alcohol tests for new hires
- Work with operations and maintenance department on manpower scheduling
- Respond to employee questions related to administrative matters, and escalate to proper department when required
- Maintain online and physical file system
- Maintain strict confidentiality in performing all duties, including protecting privacy of personal information or disclosure of privileged information

Skills and Experience:

- Diploma in Office Administration or related field is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years in an administrative position, preference given to those with experience in the mining industry
- Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
- Strong communications skills, verbal and written
- Flexibility to take on other projects when needed
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision; but more importantly, must work well as part of a team with your cross-shift
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
