Foreman

**Duties**:

- Leads team effectively by emphasizing safety, establishing clear standards, and
fostering a unified and trained crew for optimal performance.
- Prioritizes crew safety at all times.
- Ensures the drill area and surroundings are organized and clean.
- Manages the installation, upkeep, and safe usage of all drill-related machinery.
- Guarantees timely and efficient fulfillment of contract stipulations.
- Coordinate Rig moves: Fly, mobile and barge
- Oversees the construction and preparation of drilling pads.
