They provide surveillance technology and solutions that keep people safe.

**IT Specialist**

As the new IT Specialist, your focus is to provide hands-on technical support both internally and externally.

You’re known for your exceptional customer-service skills. Our team will feel comfortable coming to you for any support they need and will be confident in your ability to resolve issues in a timely manner. You’re professional, personable, and a clear communicator, with a keen ability to translate technical jargon into easy to understand information.

**Practically speaking you will be**:

- Supporting development and maintenance of client and user systems related to a broad range of business areas
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop technical and specialized solutions to complex IT problems involving Microsoft-based software products, including Exchange, Dynamics CRM and Microsoft’s Office 365 suite
- Recommending process improvements to ensure system reliability, scalability, security, integrity and performance
- Installing hardware and software, configuring, troubleshooting and supporting
- Providing daily support to the IT department and other departments as required

**Qualifications**
- Relevant College/University/Industry diploma/degree/certifications
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience, with preference for greater experience
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in Windows and Microsoft software, including MS Office, Exchange
- Sound knowledge of Linux OS
- Expertise in hardware maintenance including servers, workstation, printers
- Extensive knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, firewalls)
- Knowledge and experience with maintaining databases and information systems such as MRP software, accounting software, and collaboration software
- Microsoft Certification in Exchange 2016 or higher
- Microsoft Certification Windows Server 2012 or higher
