En tant que directeur adjoint du magasin, vous fournissez un leadership et une direction à l’équipe du magasin
tout en exécutant avec succès la vision et les valeurs de l’entreprise sous la direction du directeur du magasin.
Vous aidez à maximiser la rentabilité des magasins en atteignant les objectifs de vente des magasins. Vous vous
assurez que les normes et les processus de stockage pour le merchandising, les opérations, la dotation en
personnel et l’engagement communautaire sont bien exécutés. Au besoin, vous assumerez la responsabilité du
magasin en l’absence du directeur du magasin. Vous créez un environnement inclusif, en mettant toujours nos

Comment vous allez faire une différence

**Ce que vous ferez**:

- Maximisez les ventes en magasin, atteignez les objectifs de vente en magasin et surveillez les progrès et

les résultats des ventes par rapport aux objectifs clés.
- Inspirez et modélisez un état d’esprit centré sur le consommateur en illustrant les comportements de

vente grâce à de véritables interactions avec les clients pour que les équipes les imitent.
- Soutenez le directeur du magasin en faisant du réseautage, en attirant, en recrutant et en interviewant

des talents de haut calibre.
- Fournir un encadrement direct, une rétroaction, une formation et une supervision des associés, en

veillant à ce que toutes les politiques et procédures de l’entreprise soient respectées et conformes.
- Faire preuve d’une communication, d’une formation et d’un encadrement clairs pour aider à établir les

attentes en matière d’engagement des clients, les politiques et les procédures du magasin ainsi qu’à
favoriser une équipe solide.
- Aider à gérer les dépenses afin de maximiser les ventes et la rentabilité.
- Cultiver un environnement de productivité en s’assurant que l’équipe du magasin possède les

connaissances et les compétences nécessaires pour atteindre les objectifs du magasin en matière de
vente et d’engagement client.
Compétences pour réussir

**Ce que vous apportez**:
Internal Use
- Plus de 3 ans d’expérience connexe en gestion professionnelle et dans le commerce de détail
- Capacité d’atteindre les objectifs de l’entreprise en envoyant des résultats grâce aux équipes de magasin
- Capacité de travailler selon un horaire flexible pour répondre aux besoins de l’entreprise; nécessitera des

week-ends, des soirées et des jours fériés
- Capacité à coacher et à motiver une équipe à exceller dans les résultats des ventes et des bénéfices
- Compétences éprouvées en communication, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral
- Axé sur les solutions
- Capacité d’être flexible dans un environnement au rythme rapide
- Une éducation formelle et des diplôme
