The Junior Safety Advisor will be required to assist under the direction of the Senior Safety Advisor in the following,
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and develop preventive measures
- Provide safety training and education programs for employees to promote awareness and reduce risks
- Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, and training activities
- Collaborate with management and employees to create a culture of safety and continuous improvement

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
