Bolton, Canada Roma Fence LTD Full time

The Roma Fence Group of Companies is seeking a Residential Site Supervisor to assist the Company’s fence installation/construction team.

The site supervisor is a key team member for the successful construction of a safe and high quality fence installation project. Projects will be mainly located in GTA and surrounding area; therefore, some travel is required.

**Major Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Assist to schedule projects in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines
- Liaise with project coordinator and installation manager during the life of the project
- Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations, quality control, etc
- Monitor progress on sites - monthly and biweekly reporting
- Collaborate and liaise with client - as intermediary between client and our team
- ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and underground locates when required
- Perform initial site inspection and routine site visits to monitor construction progress, schedule, and general compliance with contract and construction requirements
- Work alongside Installation Manager and Sales Team
- Maintain all drawing logs, correspondence of projects

**Required Qualifications**:

- 2 years of site supervisor experience an asset
- Education in construction management / project management an asset
- CET an asset
- Thorough understanding of the applicable Occupational Health & Safety legislations and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skill both verbal and written
- Dynamic mindset
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willing to work flexible hours to accommodate customer needs
- Ability to read auto cad drawings and plans

Salary commensurate with qualifications.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
