**Health & Safety Counsellor**
**(2 PERMANENTS POSITIONS)**

- Participate in the development of prevention strategies and programs.
- Carry out planned inspections in the departments under your responsibility.
- Collaborate in the investigation and analysis of accidents and incidents in order to find the causes and propose solutions.
- Analyze the health and safety needs of your departments, submit recommendations and action plans and conduct follow-ups.
- Raise staff awareness through your interactions and interventions.
- Support contractors in health and safety matters.

Your profil:

- Certificate in occupational health and safety management or College diploma in environment, health and safety at work.
- Mastery of the laws and regulations governing occupational health and safety.
- Leadership, influencing skills, organizational skills and good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both French and English.
- Modular training (FMTM) 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7 and general explosives permit (assets).

What we offer:

- Work shifts of 11 hours per day.
- Rotation schedule of 2/2: equivalent to 2 consecutive weeks of work followed by 2 weeks of leave.
- Private air transport is provided from Montreal, Quebec, Rouyn-Noranda, Mont-Joli or Inuit communities (depending on place of residence) to the mine site and return.
