**The Role**:
**Skills**:

- Understanding of Dealer Design Industry and furniture purchasing (required)
- Proficient reviewing of furniture plans/installation drawings
- Proficient in navigating furniture manufacturers' websites and price books
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

**Responsibilities**:

- Directly assist our Interior Design Team to price, purchase, schedule, and coordinate installation of furniture
- Assist with providing information to establish project budgets
- Review manufacturers' acknowledgements for errors
- Process manufacturers' invoices for payment
- Schedule furniture installation for all projects, working closely with Project Lead
- Attend and/or facilitate site visits and final punch, along with preparing appropriate documentation
- Coordinate with business development, architecture, digital, consultants, and build on projects and help guide all disciplines on furniture scope of projects
- Review and resolve any furniture punch issues at end of project
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Perform all other related work, as assigned or as apparent

**Expectations**:

- Travel required at times to assist with site walkthroughs, furniture installations and final punch list

**Prerequisites**:

- Diploma in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Minimum one year of professional experience in furniture purchasing is ideal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- 20/20 CAP Worksheet proficiency a benefit
