**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a Crusher Operator to join our team of skilled professionals based at Ingersoll location. This is Limestone Crushing Plant producing filler.

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Adhere to safety policies, programs, procedures
- Perform daily checks before the start of each shift
- Operates Front End Loader
- Performs routine maintenance on loader, such as lubricating, fueling, and cleaning as required
- Load/unload the Crusher with the material and operate the Crusher
- Perform maintenance to the crusher and plant equipment
- Stock/pile the material/product at the designated area.
- Perform various quality tests
- Receive the material delivered at Woodstock facility and complete the paperwork and keep & maintain the records
- Operate equipment in accordance with standard work instruction
- General housekeeping duties
- Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Graduate or equivalent
- Knowledge of the aggregate industry would be an advantage
- Driver’s License in good standing
- Must be able to work in a rotating shift on a 24/7 work schedule
- Excellent multi-tasking skills and computer skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
- Ability to follow direction and specific instructions
- Good communication skills; Fluent in English - Reading, Writing and Speaking

Working conditions:

- Work environment is a mixture of office and Outdoor work with exposure to dust, heat, and/or loud noises
- Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions
- Some physical effort may be required

This is a full time non-unionized permanent position.
