Applications are invited for a Full-Time and Casual **Physio Therapy Assistant at Lamont Health Care Centre**

**Reporting to the**: Rehab Services Supervisor

**Qualifications**:

- Must have successfully completed the two-year Therapy Assistant program at a recognized school.
- CPR and First Aid an asset.
- Connect Care training an asset.
- COVID-19 vaccination recommended.
- At least one year of experience in a related setting preferred.
- Show genuine interest in patient care and rehabilitation of persons with physical and/or mental challenges.
- Willing to learn skills on the job.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with staff, residents, patients and their families.
- Be a strong team player who conducts herself/himself in a professional and ethical manner.
- Ability to adhere to Lamont Health Care Centre’s Mission and Philosophy.

**Hours: Monday to Friday 0700-1515 - 7.75 hr shifts**
- **One Casual position**

**Salary**: As per the AUPE Multi-Employer Auxiliary Nursing Care Collective Agreement
