**The Opportunity**:
**PART-TIME BIOSTEEL SALES & MERCHANDISING SPECIALIST - GTA NORTH - APPROX 20-30 HOURS/ WEEK**

Through your higher-performer personality, you will deliver on the building blocks of field execution, ensuring maximized distribution of existing and new products, executing brand priorities by building strong relationships with key store contacts and driving quality of display through point-of-sale material locations while maintaining call coverage objectives.

**What You Will Be Doing Every Day**:

- Executing BioSteel sales plans through selling, merchandising, shelving, and building exciting displays in a specifically assigned territory/customer base
- Engaging and onboarding new customers to BioSteel products, services, and promotions to enhance BioSteel in-store presence
- Educating and exciting customers about BioSteel’s existing portfolio of beverages and upcoming innovations
- Developing assigned accounts to achieve sales, market share, product distribution, and customer service targets
- Identifying selling opportunities to increase incremental displays and promotional programs in store
- Evaluating customer business needs and analyzing market trends to develop service solutions
- Providing an exceptional level of sales consultation, customer service, and innovative solutions

**Your Experience**:
You have previous sales and/or merchandising experience, preferably in the consumer products/retail channel. If not in the consumer products/retail channel, don’t worry, as long as you share the same values, we can teach you all you need to know once you’re on board.
