Toronto, Canada Clear Cause Cleaners Inc. Full time

Earn **$43,000 a year to start** Enjoy a salary of $38,000 a year plus a **tax free** mileage reimbursement of $5,000 a year.
- Dental, drug and extended health care coverage.
- Work Monday to Friday and have your evenings and Sat/Sun to yourself.
- Hours worked varies from day to day, but you will receive a consistent salary (start the cleaning at 9am and end anywhere between 2pm to 6pm).
- Clean with your team and motivate them to achieve your collective goals.
- Use the company vehicle to drive yourself and the team in between job sites across Toronto.
- Receive paid public holidays, vacation pay at 4%, vacation time, Workplace Safety and Insurance Board coverage, employment insurance coverage and Canada Pension Plan coverage.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record.
- At least a year of experience working for a **residential** cleaning service (other sorts of cleaning experience do not qualify).
- Criminal background check.
- At least double vaccinated.
- Legally able to work in Ontario.
- Able to carry heavy loads, bend, kneel, squat, walk and stand.
- Works well in teams with a structured approach.

**Responsibilities**:

- Arrive to the office in the morning (close to Coxwell station) to pick up the supplies and the vehicle.
- Pick up the team at Coxwell station.
- Drive between job sites.
- Manage job timing and quality.
- Clean with the team.
- Refill supplies at end of day and start dirty cloth laundry.
