If you share our values and would like to work with a skilled professional team, Armour is presently seeking an **Exterior Maintenance Technician** position to join the growing team at Queen’s Marque.

The **Exterior Maintenance Technician** position assists in the day-to-day operations of exterior maintenance of our Queen’s Marque District in downtown Halifax.

**What you will be doing**:
The general presentation of the property in a first-class manner will be at the forefront of the role. Duties will include landscaping, snow removal, light maintenance, exterior upkeep and overall property protection. Additional duties will also include the following:

- Responding to water leaks, property damage and any other exterior issues.
- Recording mechanical, electrical and water readings.
- Touring common exterior areas and keep areas free of litter/refuse and individuals soliciting from customers and or tenants.
- General presentation and maintaining the development in a first-class manner, including ensuring building safety, using their own judgement or as directed by Employer.
- Attending to tenant and guest inquiries any maintenance requests.
- Involvement in coordinating and delivering guest services and amenities.
- Seasonal exterior maintenance including general landscaping work and/or snow removal, salting exterior walkways and high-volume zones.
- Assisting with interior maintenance/cleaning during periods of low exterior demand.
- Such other similar or related duties as may be required from time to time.

**Your Experience**:
This is a permanent full-time position on a year-round basis (not seasonal).
