- You will spend your days outside while inspiring the next generation of cyclists. It’s active, adventurous, fun and rewarding.
- You don’t have to be a bike expert because we provide training.
- ** WORK DATES**: March 18th - 22nd & March 25th - 28th

**LOCATION / CAMP INFORMATION**: Our Park Royal South camp is a combined Trail & Swim program. This means the campers begin their day biking in the Trail program and then transition to Swim after a lunch break. The Trail program utilizes the parking lot in front of our swimming pool as a "Home Base" every day.

**HOURS**: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 1:30pm

**WAGE**: $16.75 /hour

**Your Responsibilities**:
In addition to sharing your ideas on how we can grow, learn and build, in this role, you’ll also be:
- Guide campers on Trail rides-
- Actively introduce and teach children designated trail riding skills. i.e., body positioning, steering, braking, and gear changing skills.
- Ensure the health and safety of children at camp
- Act as a positive role model and leader at all times
- Keep constant communication with parents about their child’s progress
- Adhere to Pedalheads’ teaching standards and safety regulations**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**:
Here are some of the skills/ specifics and experience that are important for this role:
- Familiar with basic mountain biking skills, language, and/or culture an asset
- 16 years of age by start of camp
- Knowledge of the local trail networks (or willingness learn)
- Bike requirements vary by level
- Committed to keeping our campers safe
- You are energetic, creative, motivated and fun
- Hold or willing to get a current Standard First Aid with CPR-C certificate
- Criminal record check required for ages 18+**Ready to apply?**
