**Job Types**:

- Part-time hours: 24-44 per week

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize Office365, internal ERP, and QBO for all administrative functions.
- Manage basic GL/AR/AP transactions and invoicing with the accounting department.
- Review and assist in payroll submissions.
- Support management in scheduling, procurement, and basic CRM tasks.
- Coordinate and facilitate client and team meetings and workshops.
- Understand and support the maintenance of Health & Safety systems, submissions, and records in collaboration with supervisors and consultant groups.
- Maintain a high degree of integrity, ethics, and confidentiality.
- Perform other duties as requested by ownership and management.

**Salary**:

- $18.00-$21.00 per hour

**Training and Experience**:

- Bachelor's or associate's degree (or equivalent) is an asset.
- Experience managing budgets and expenses.
- Experience developing internal processes and digital filing on cloud systems.
- Exposure to the manufacturing or construction industries is an asset.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Highly sociable, courteous, and professional demeanor.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to work under tight deadlines and budgets.
- Proficiency in modern digital organizational and enterprise resource planning tools.
- Comfortable with basic bookkeeping to assist the accounting department.
- Experience with formal Health & Safety and Human Resources policies and systems is an asset.
- Understanding of client/B2B data and information confidentiality.
- Eager to learn and grow within a dynamic, forward-thinking company in a high-demand industry.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,946.83 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 44 per week
