**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to spearhead our CRM analytics initiatives, identifying growth opportunities and refining customer conversion paths. This role is pivotal in developing targeted campaigns based on data insights to enhance client acquisition and drive business growth across diverse markets.

**Desired Outcomes/Impact**:

- Analytical Insights for Targeted Growth: Utilize CRM analytics to identify key customer segments for growth, with a focus on converting one-time clients into recurring customers.
- Optimized Sales Conversion Paths: Improve website and advertising analytics to refine customer conversion paths and enhance the online booking experience.
- Targeted Campaigns: Develop segmented campaigns for specific customer behaviors, such as "rebooking" campaigns for one-time clients or "pre-scheduling" campaigns for potential clients to encourage longer-term commitments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze CRM data to identify growth opportunities and customer segments.
- Optimize website and advertising analytics to enhance conversion paths.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns based on customer behaviors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing performance, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics and CRM management.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and data visualization software.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.

**Additional Information**:

- Part-time role: 25-37.5 hours per week - Starting at 25 hours/week.
- Remote Hybrid with 1 day per week in-office (preferred location: Ottawa).
- Business and Analytics background preferred.
- Proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of marketing channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Reddit.
- Experience with Google Analytics is a plus.
