**Résumé**:
Le technicien de maintenance préventif est responsable de toutes les activités préventif et correctif dans les zones de travail respectives. L’employé favorise un environnement de travail sécuritaire et s’assure de la conformité de tous les équipements après les interventions d’entretien correctif ou préventif.
**Responsabilités**:
- Utilisation d’outils manuels et électriques pour réparer et entretenir les machines.
- Responsable de la maintenance préventive des machines, selon l’horaire;
- Exécuter les tâches d’entretien correctif et les réparations imprévues;
- Résoudre les défaillances mécaniques et exécuter des tâches correctives, si nécessaire.
- Maintien de l’inventaire des pièces, des fournitures, des solvants divers, des huiles, des produits chimiques et des liquides de refroidissement ;
- Coordonner avec les superviseurs d’usine pour planifier les temps d’arrêt de maintenance des machines;
- Décharger et déplacer l’équipement en cas de besoin;
- Suivre toutes les procédures du département 5S qui incluent, mais ne sont pas limitées à ; Garder les planchers propres de l’huile et des débris, remettre les outils aux endroits appropriés, organiser les casseroles et effectuer d’autres tâches d’entretien ménager.
- Effectuer d’autres tâches liées aux services du bâtiment (gestion des installations);
- Respect des règles et réglementations de LISI Aerospace et des procédures HSE.
**Exigences du poste**:
- Deux années d’expérience connexe de préférence ou une combinaison équivalente d’études, de formation et / ou d’expérience ;
- Une formation en mécanique est requis ;
- Connaissance des systèmes électriques, hydrauliques et pneumatiques un atout ;
- Esprit d'équipe et compétences interpersonnelles et interculturelles ;
- Connaissance de MS Office ;

**Summary**:
The preventative maintenance technician is responsible for all preventive and corrective maintenance activities in the respective work areas. The incumbent is promoting a safe work environment and ensuring the compliance of all equipment after the corrective or preventive maintenance interventions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Usage of hand and power tools to repair and maintain machines.
- Responsible for preventive maintenance of machines, as per schedule;
- Execute corrective maintenance tasks and unscheduled repairs;
- Troubleshoot mechanical failure, and execute corrective tasks, if necessary.
- Maintenance of inventory of parts, supplies, various solvents, oils, chemicals and coolants;
- Coordinate with plant managers to schedule maintenance downtime for machines;
- Offloading and moving equipment when needed;
- Follow all 5S department procedures which include but are not limited to; keeping floors clean of oil and debris, returning tools to proper locations, organize part pans, and performs other housekeeping duties.
- Performs other tasks related to building services (facility management);
- Responsible for complying with the rules and regulations of LISI Aerospace, and HSE Procedures.
**Job Requirements**:
- Two years of related experience preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience;
- Mechanical educational background is a must.
- Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems an asset.
- Team worker with interpersonal and intercultural competencies;
- Knowledge of MS Office;
