Dispatcher - Backshift

**Academy towing is in search of a Full-Time Over-Night Dispatcher**

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Receive incoming calls, relay all pertinent and appropriate information and dispatch to drivers
- Input all vehicles into the yard management software as required
- Take and process all forms of payments from drivers using POS system, cash, credit
- Cleaning and organizational duties
- Minor administrative duties
- Ensuring staff have turned in appropriate paperwork and equipment at the end of their shift. Will go over in more detail in interview.

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
- Attention to detail is key as you will be handling sensitive customer and client information.
- Must be able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Must have personal transportation as there is no bus route.
- Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
