Scrum Master

The Scrum Master will work in a client-centric environment to ensure excellent service delivery for all our clients. We cherish people with T- shaped skillsets, so in addition to core competency as a Scrum Master we also value experience in gathering business requirements, development, or testing.

We use a variety of tools to support our clients including Azure Boards, Microsoft Teams and a Microsoft stack for development. Don’t know some or any of this software? No problem, we support growth through teamwork and encourage continuous learning and development.

**What will you do?**
- Facilitate the evolution of high-performing and self-sufficient teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring a culture of continuous improvement for sustained productivity and growth.
- Ensure that the development team takes responsibility for design, development, quality, implementation
- Facilitate daily scrums to monitor and shape project progress and resolve any issues the team may be experiencing
- Conduct other Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Review and Retrospectives
- Ensure that supporting activities/documentation to support long term viability and maintenance of software occur
